Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. These terms & conditions apply to anyone starting a course with “ANDREW RAMROOP TAILORING STANDARDS (ARTS) Ltd”.
These terms and conditions are a contract between you (trainee) and ANDREW RAMROOP TAILORING STANDARDS (ARTS) Ltd.
Terms of Use:
All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to ARTS.
By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of ARTS cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from ARTS.
Terms of Use of this Website:
ARTS may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website.
If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.
You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which ARTS will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.
All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to ARTS.
Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offence being committed.
This website contains links to other websites and these links are provided to enable the user a convenient way to access additional information.
All of the online courses in the website and brochure are provided by ARTS and are subject to the following conditions:
Course Requirements
By starting courses with ARTS you (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
Technology Requirements
The Online Course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course.
You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of registration as will be provided with the registration details
ARTS is not responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on ARTS or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.
- All of the courses are provided in English.
1.1 must be at least 16 years old at the time of booking.
1.2 All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills.
1.3 All candidates must have the ability to take advice from tutors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required.
1.4 All non-native English Language speaking candidates by making a booking with ARTS it is assumed that the candidate is deemed to have a competent level of English.
The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level of English.
ARTS takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course.
1.5 Before purchasing any of the “ARTS” courses you should contact a member of staff and check whether you are suitable for the courses.
Please contact a member of staff to check your level of English language and suitability for the course.
1.6 ARTS does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.
1.7 It should be noted that by purchasing any of the courses from ARTS does not mean that a candidate will be guaranteed a pass. ARTS reserves the right to fail students if they do not meet the minimum requirements of the course.
1.8 The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by ARTS.
1.9 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by ARTS.
- How to register:
2.1 Registration can be made online on our website www.artssavilerow.com The person making the registration must be at least 16 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions.
ARTS states that by paying for a course you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details.
2.2 You must make full payment at the time of registration. ARTS does not accept deposit or partial payments or instalment payments for individual courses and VOLITION.
All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee.
Once your registration has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and ARTS and all terms and conditions apply.
Once you have received this invoice please check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.
2.3 Once ARTS has received your payment for the course; if you have not created your own account on the website ARTS will email you a login username and password within 24 hours to allow you to access the course.
2.4 The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until ARTS has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee(s) is are being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from ARTS acknowledging your enrolment in the Online Course.
- Price of Courses:
3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of registering. However, ARTS reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you register.
3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at [email protected]
3.3 ARTS reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.
3.4 The Fee consists of tuition fees. Courses will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, bank transfer.
3.5 Equipment and Materials needed are not included.
- Procedure for cancelling a registration:
4.1 Cooling off Period:
You the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and ARTS during the period of 7 days from date of issue of the full invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period then you must inform us within the 7 days of the confirmation invoice.
Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email we will refund 75% course fees within 30 days and deduct any credit card (2.8%) and bank charges if applicable.
Once you have completed the cooling off period of 7 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.
If you login into the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a refund, even if it is within the 7-day period.
4.2 You must inform us of your intent to cancel by writing to [email protected]
Once you have cancelled your registration your login details will be cancelled immediately.
4.3 Online training courses may NOT be transferred to any other person.
4.4 Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for a refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS
4.5 Expired courses, students who have left the course, or students who FAIL their final exam (see below) are NOT eligible for credit or refund of any kind, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.
4.6 Students must receive a passing grade to be issued a certificate of completion.
- Time Period for the completion of courses
5.1 All students have 36 month access from date that payment has been processed.
5.2 Course Extension Policy:
All enrolled students have the opportunity to extend the time with a 75% OFF from the actual course fee for additional three years, which includes new future lessons.
If PATTERN DRAFTING students fail the final exam, you will have an opportunity to re-take the exam at a cost of $280 USD.
There is no refund or partial discount for failed exams or re-registration.

5.3 Cancellation by us
ARTS reserves the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. ARTS will refund all fees paid by you.
- How to pass the course?
6.2 To pass the PREMIUM course you must satisfy the following requirements:
- By year 3, you must have completed two three piece suits.
- one double breasted suit.
- One sport jacket.
- Pattern drafting written test
- Portfolio presentation
Students must compile a portfolio of evidence that shows achievement of all the relevant learning outcomes and key areas of knowledge and understanding of all modules.
6.3 You will be given a second opportunity to retake the PATTERN DRAFTING test on the PREMIUM course at no charge.
In order to pass the PATTERN DRAFTING test you must achieve a pass rate of 60-70% Merit 71-80% distinction 81-95% and the special ARTS Certificate will be awarded to students achieving 96-100%
6.4 Please allow 10 working days for marking to be completed.
Each time you submit a piece of work written or live feedback and suggestions will be given by a tutor to students of the PREMIUM course. If at the end of year 3 if your work is still not deemed to be at a satisfactory level you will fail the course.
You will be informed in writing of any failure to complete the course within 14 days of the fail.
6.5 Once you have been awarded a fail then you will not be entitled to a refund.
6.6 Our tutors reserve the right to fail a student if a student is not meeting the standards of the course in terms of learning and English language ability or plagiarism.
6.7 To successfully complete all other courses a student must successfully achieve at least 75% in the End of Course Quiz.
- Plagiarism:
7.1 If any student is found to have been presenting someone else’s work then they will be issued with 1 formal warning. In subsequent cases the student will be deemed to have taken part in plagiarism and be failed. In the event of plagiarism, no refund will be given to the student.
- Certificates:
8.1 Every student who passes ARTS courses will receive a PDF copy of the SAVILE ROW ACADEMY Certificate by email within 7 Days of passing the Course.
8.2 PREMIUM students who would like to obtain a hard copy of the diploma with original signature will have to pay a fee and courier charges $180 USD.
ARTS will do everything possible to make sure that you receive your certificate within 30 days of passing the course. However, we do not take any responsibility for any postal service problems, which might delay your certificate and we do not take responsibility for a lost certificate due to in-country postal problems. We can provide proof that the Certificate was sent to your confirmed postal address. This covers all geographic locations.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades
At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update we will endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for 72 hours.
Clause 9 is not limited to just System Maintenance and Upgrades. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for 72 hours.
10.Limitation of Liability
ARTS does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
11.Complaints
If at any time, you are unhappy with the ARTS service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 72 hrs following the receipt of your complaint.
12.Accuracy of Marketing Materials
ARTS makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavour to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
13.The Law and its Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
15.Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
16.Changes to Terms and Conditions:
ARTS reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
17.Severance:
If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.
18.The Course:
The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
19.Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of ANDREW RAMROOP TAILORING STANDARDS (ARTS) Ltd.

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. This includes emails sent to us by [email protected], [email protected] and any of the forms on our website.
We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 24 – 48 Hours after receipt of your email.
We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client.
ARTS does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.
We often experience very high call volumes and we would like to make it clear that if we cannot answer your telephone call we ask that you contact us by email and we will endeavour to get back to you by email within 24-48 Hours after receiving your email.
21.Controlling your Personal Information:
Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable setting on your personal computer.
22.The ARTS Commitment:
22.1 ARTS has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online Courses. Our tutors are here to help you by giving you constructive feedback and advice.
22.2 Any queries will be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt.
22.4 We will give you a grade for you course within 10 days of the completion of the course.
23. Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between ARTS and yourself.
ARTS reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of registering.

In summary, we receive and store any information you enter on our website (Checkout, Quizzes, Brochure Downloads and contact forms) or give us in any other way.
ARTS is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information. If at any stage you have a question regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ARTS will not disclose personal information to a third party organisation unless we have your prior consent to provide this or you have opted to allow the use of your personal information in the pursuit of performance and delivery of our service to you. If the request for your personal information is for a legal purpose, this we would class as an exception, but only after we have 100% fully verified the name or organisation requesting your personal details.
It is our commitment not to collect personal information from Clients visiting our website unless they have voluntarily submitted their personal information via one of our contact forms that requires information that could be based on an enquiry or to book onto a training course. If you start to complete a contact enquiry form and decide not to finish, partial details are stored from where ARTS may use this information to make contact with you, only to discuss your initial enquiry that was started but not finished. From time to time, ARTS may contact you to inform you about a specific future training programme. Visitor IP addresses may be seen by ARTS and on some occasions, the provider's host name but this information will not disclose your identity.
We use the information that you provide for responding to your requests, providing our services and communicating with you about future promotions, your course duration, extensions to your course, the latest courses.
User Provided Information: We collect information you provide when you purchase a course from us. This includes Personal Information. Personal Information includes data such as: your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you.
When you visit our website, we may send one or more cookies.
Log File Information: When you use our website, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website.
Third Party Links: The website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
